1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for refunds and returns for Streams.tr services provided by Streams.tr. By using our Service, you accept this policy.

Our service provides legitimate streaming tools to help content creators manage their own YouTube streams. We do not provide content for streaming, nor do we enable or facilitate unauthorized streaming of copyrighted content.

2. Free Trial Period

Streams.tr offers new users a 5-day free trial. During the free trial period, you can test our service without paying any fees.

2.1 Exiting the Trial Period

If you do not wish to be charged after the free trial period, you must cancel your subscription through your account settings before the trial period ends. If not canceled at the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected.

You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your free trial ends to remind you of the upcoming charge.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Within the First 48 Hours

If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 48 hours after the start of your first paid subscription following the free trial period, you may request a full refund. This request must be made by contacting our support team.

3.2 After 48 Hours

If more than 48 hours have passed since your first payment, no partial refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period. You can cancel your subscription, but access to the service will continue until the end of the current payment period.

3.3 Refunds in Case of Service Disruptions

In the event of a significant disruption in our service lasting more than 24 hours, a proportional refund or credit for the affected period may be provided for the next billing cycle. In such cases, please contact our support team.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our streaming services. If our service fails to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as detailed in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3.4 Termination for Terms Violations

If your account is terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, particularly for using our service to stream unauthorized or copyrighted content, you will not be eligible for a refund. We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal streaming activities.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Streams.tr offers the following subscription plans with different features and pricing:

  • Basic Plan: Our starter package with essential streaming features
  • Standard Plan: Our most popular package with extended features
  • Premium Plan: Our comprehensive package with all features
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom solution for larger organizations

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via email (info@streams.tr) or through the support form on our website.
  2. Write “Refund Request” in the subject line.
  3. Provide your account information, payment date, and the reason for your refund request.
  4. After your request is reviewed, a response will be provided within 5 business days.

6. Refund Methods

Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank account.

For payments processed through our payment processor, refunds will be handled according to their refund processing procedures.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be requested in the following situations:

  • Your subscription has been active for more than 48 hours
  • Your account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of the terms of service
  • Your account was used for unauthorized streaming of copyrighted content
  • Subscriptions purchased with promotional or discounted prices (unless otherwise specified)
  • Subscriptions purchased through third-party app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.) – in this case, the refund policy of the relevant platform applies

8. Subscription Cancellation

8.1 Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Streams.tr account
  2. Go to “Account Settings”
  3. Select “Subscription” tab
  4. Click on “Cancel Subscription”
  5. Confirm your cancellation

8.2 Access After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have full access to the service until the end of the current payment period. When the payment period ends, your account will automatically switch to the free version with limited features.

8.3 Resubscribing

You can resubscribe at any time after cancellation. In case of resubscription, the current prices and conditions will apply.

9. Fee Changes

We may change our subscription fees from time to time. In case of fee changes, the changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance. Continuing your subscription after a price change means you accept the new price.

10. Special Circumstances

For situations where you cannot use the service due to natural disasters, health issues, or other special circumstances, please contact our support team. We may make special arrangements for such situations.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a refund, we encourage you to contact our customer support first. If the issue cannot be resolved through our customer support, you may pursue dispute resolution through the following methods:

  • Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees (for customers in Turkey)
  • The payment processing platform’s dispute resolution process
  • Any applicable consumer protection agencies in your jurisdiction

12. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Significant changes to the policy will be published on our website and/or notified to you by email.
